Lively exercises

The exercises that are used to guide participants through the Team Spirit Spiral are simple, yet engaging and illuminating. Team members often engage in these experiences with the purpose of addressing and resolving problems they are currently experiencing.

Visible improvement, measurable results

Participants and team members emerge from the Team Spirit workshop visibly refreshed, with even the most cautious, skeptical or jaded of workers routinely exhibiting greater spontaneity, confidence and optimism. The results, however, go far beyond positive attitudes and energy.

In one case, a team was able to secure a multi-million dollar venture capital funding as a result of the Visioning and Claiming work they had done in their Team Spirit Workshop. In another case, a board that had all but ceased functioning was able to renew its relationships and reconceptualize its entire organization. In still another case, a chronically underperforming corporate division met and exceeded its company standards within one year of engaging in the Team Spirit program.
